Isha since you have completed your 12th in commerce,you can enroll for B Com and at the same time you can enroll for some professional courses like CA or ACS ,after completing CA or ACS you will get excellent oppertunities with good pak.All the Best.

Keeping in mind your career goal, I can suggest you for B.COM Honors as that has more acceptability in the market.
Simultaneous;y, you should pick-
1. LLB, CA or CRISIL Certified Analyst Program or in banking sector like Diploma in Banking & Financial Services.
2. Short term courses- Diplom
