Average Package Would be 4.0 - 5.0 Lakhs per annum in All NITs. And one More thing if Company Offers you 5 lakhs per Annum then 5 lakhs is the CTC (Cost to Company) in hand your Package would be Around 3.80 or 4 lakhs per Annum. depending upon the Facilities Company offers to you.
