Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for B.Tech. Lately, number of admissions in B.Tech in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. I am saying this because my cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. Curriculum in CSE branch is very well designed such that they can learn everything from basics to the in-depth knowledge of their field. Check out their faculty members, placement details, internships, labs, projects, curriculum and few other factors which are important. As per my experience I would suggest you LPU. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is one such university that is reputed in the field of education and can easily be your first choice to pursue an engineering degree. One of the best things about LPU is the placement opportunities it provides to its students. LPU has already established the record of the highest number of placements in North India in the last three years. Students of this university are working at respectable positions in major corporations such as Amazon, Google, etc. With packages of more than 1 crore. Cognizant alone has hired 1900 students from the university. Many students of LPU have been hired in a lot of good companies from all around the world. Hi Sakshi, Now a days private universities are putting more efforts than some of the NIT's or even young IIT's. For NIT one has to crank JEE Mains where as for LPU one can crack LPU NEST. I am not saying that LPU NEST is easier than JEE Mains or difficult. Here I just want to tell you about the value addition, Where it might be possible that LPU is putting more efforts to make Industry ready product. First of all the difference is in the specializations. LPU offers large number of industry specific specializations, highly coveted Computer Science Engineering along with the function specific ones, while you can easily count the total number of classes in NIT's. Course curriculum : While NIT's are carrying legacy only in regards Curriculum, LPU has developed and upgraded its curriculum continuously with feedback and consultations with Industry tycoons. Three striking features of LPU are Technology training's like Github, advance excel etc. , which give a clear edge to students in employability.
