What about BCA? My friend asked me about that.But she got low marks on +2.Can anyone briefly explain the course details and scope?

    BCA(Bachelor In Computer Applications) is best 3 years programs for those who interested in computers.BCA have almost same scope like Btech in CSE but condition is you have to be more enrolled in practical and always update your self with programs because BCA is less practically based programs.

    Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for the same. As per the Eligibility Criteria mentioned on website of LPU, Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. So, qualifying the same you can proceed for Admissions. BCA graduates have good scope in jobs as a Web Developer, Web Designer, Network Administrator, System Manager, Computer Programmer, Software Developer, Software Tester, etc depending on the skills you acquire during your BCA.     BCA is a 3 year degree course. It is generally pursued by candidates who wants to work in IT Sector. In BCA, you'll study at least 3-4 programming languages depending upon the college.     Hello,
    The general eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for BCA course is: you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination equivalent (Diploma degree) with minimum 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject.
