Placement is very good in many top companies like Mecedez, Richer, Ashok Leyland visit the campus for recruitment. These are core companies and many non core companies also visit the campus.

Most of the students studying in BE (ME) in NIE will be placed in IT companies like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, and Accenture and so on. Even though there are less dream companies which visit NIE some good companies like BMW, L&T, TATA and so on will hire appreciable number of students. Approximately 50-70% of eligible students (no current backlogs after 6th semester and above 7.75 CGPA) will be placed every year. Others have to search for jobs on their own.
