What about private practice for nutrition and health education / Can I join PHC?

I have completed my B. s Physician Assistant and MBA hospital management. Currently did Diploma in nutrition and health education. I want to join in government PHC or wanna start private clinic regarding nutrition and health education. Is that possible? Kindly guide me.
