    BIT Mesra, offers a scholarship as Tuition Fee Waiver according to the JEE Mains ranks the students get. Also GP Birla BIT Scholarship worth nearly 2.25 crores are available for meritorious student of BIT.     There are scholarships based on merit (CGPA) but there is a condition for the annual income of your parents, as far as I remember, it should be less than Rs 4 lakhs. Depending on the CGPA's the scholarships are, for 8 to 8.5 its 25%, for 8.5 to 9 its 50%, for 9 to 9.5 its 75% and for 9.5 and above its 100%. As far as I know it's on tuition fee only.
