What about the candidates who haven't qualified any exam? Do they need to pay donation? If that so,how much?

Hi Surya, For this year admissions, the process is over and classes has been started already. So there is no chance you will get seat by any mean. For next year,I would suggest you to prepare for SNAP well and clear the cutoff. There are management seats but I do not have much information about it.
