    If your family income is less than 4 LPA, you will be granted fee concession in DTU based on your income certificate and interview for the fee concession.

    For education loan you should have a letter or paper from your college which you will show to your nearby bank. After fallowing some procedures instructed by your bank. You will get your money to your college account directly.
    To be sure contact your registrar office in your college.
