What about the placements in LPU after MBA? What about the salary package?

Dear aspirant, On an average, the MBA students of LPU is offered and placed with the starting package of 4.5 to 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, Federal Bank, WNS Global, ITC, 99 Acres, Colgate, Asian Paints, Berger, Nero Lac, Cavin Care Etc. , from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies.

Placement: Companies like Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, CEAT, Rallis India, etc. visit LPU for recruitment purposes. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the. The highest package offered for the management is Rs. 21 LPA.

As far as LPU placements are concerned, you need not worry about it. Many of my known seniors are placed in huge and reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad, too. The starting package for MBA graduates is one of the best at LPU as compared to any other private university. Minimum package starting from 3.5L p. a and maximum can go as far as you can hope for and also according to your potential and talent. LPU has its own perks. It offers its students a variety of well-known companies for campus selection in every department with decent packages. Some of the companies with which the college has tie-ups are- Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Amazon, Google etc. On-campus placements are totally based on the performance of the students because so many good companies come to campus drive in the college to choose the best talent. Apart from placements, the university is very much supportive and follows the approach of Earn while you learn. If you wish. You could do some part-time study related jobs, with which you can show extra work experience. Don't keep the money as your primary target, focus on your studies. Try to earn during your free time, if required.
