Some professors have worked in companies, consulting, marketing, finance, HR, or analytics roles before coming into teaching. Plus, GIBS also brings visiting faculty and industry experts who are currently working in companies.

So overall, we're learning from people who know the subject well and have actually worked in the corporate world, which makes classes more practical a

    Educational Credentials

Many core-faculty members hold advanced degrees — Ph.D., MBA, sometimes along with other postgraduate credentials. For example:

One listed faculty member has Ph.D. + NIT-Agartala background.

Others have MBA or PGDM from reputed institutions/universities.

    Some faculty combine multiple academic credentials (e.g. B.Sc + MBA + Ph.D).

According to GIBS's own disclosures, a significant portion of their teaching staff are “accomplished professionals with practical experience across different industries, ” not just academics.

At the new GIBS campus, there are plenty of chill and hangout spots where students can relax between classes or after a long day. There are open lawns and green spaces where you can sit with friends, talk, or just enjoy some fresh air . There are also common seating areas and benches around the campus that make it easy to meet up and hang out.

Inside, there are informal spaces like lounges or cafeteria corners where you can grab a coffee or snack and just relax. Some spots even feel like little break zones where students naturally gather to chat, study in groups, or scroll on their phones.
