No, additional courses are required for pursuing MBA in HR. The only basic requirement is 50% result in your graduation (any stream i.e. B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc). And if you wish to study in top institutes, you have to clear some entrance tests like CAT, MAT, GMAT, etc.
