With almost 12000+ career options quoted by Forbes, you have the choice to make as per your interest, skills, values, abilities. Just to cite an example, a music lover can become a composer by taking a degree in sound engineering or an art enthusiast can use his/her chemical engineering degree to create artwork. Similarly, nature lovers can take up a degree in environmental law. So you decide whats your call.
