Strongly disagree and students must have few years of work experience before taking up their Post Graduate programs to get exposed to real life work experience and that is why in most developed countries none can join MBA programs without 2-3 years work experience. It is applicable to most PG programs to ensure greater degree of employability and career growth to his/ her full potential. A very large percentage of Indians remain unemployed or underemployed due lack of employability skills and bookish learning with no clue of the applications of their learnings.

After B.Com. One must take up employment for a minimum of 2-3 years before opting higher studies to have the real life work experience so that the higher education can become more application oriented and students can relate the theories with real life situations so that the learning do not become bookish but really effective with a high level of employability.

After B. Con. One must get into a fulltime job or into your family business (if you happen to be from business family) to have real life experience on challenges and needs before you decide your career path in order to select right academic/ professional program to get best out of yourself and your career. If you continue studies after B.Com or any other first degree you will get degrees but not the desired employability skills and critical mind that will really take take you too high.

I think time has arrived that out of MBA' aspirants before getting into any MBA instt. they shld pass thru' Leadership Seed Cultivation training. This will help them in realising their dreams which they have.
This program brings in synchronisation between Mind, Brain, Spirit & Soul ensuring the selection of right branch of MBA Course.
Daivatma Angels pattern 1 can understand & then join any instt. offering similar pattern.

BCom is a good qualification for getting a job, immediately, if you are stationed in a place like Delhi. It doesn't mean that one gets a permanent job and a settled feeling. Students should aim for an overall growth of mind and personality. Some Degree and some education doesn't lead them anywhere.

Hi . As per my experience I would suggest to do post graduation with part-time job relavent to your higher studies. This experience will help you to got chance in MNC as an experienced staff. Corporates doesn't ask for your degree, First question of their interview round is " What is your last Experiences".
So go with PG aswell as part-time
