The degree of B.Com does not provide higher level of job selection. Higher studies is must in my opinion.

I dont think students should go for job after B.com (until and unless they dont afford it). I would suggest them to go for higher studies, below courses will he helpful-

Both are good options, but it totally depends on you & your interest. if you like studies & hope that you can do better then you should go for higher studies, else Start preparation for Government Jobs. it is the best career option. :)

BCom is a good qualification for getting a job, immediately, if you are stationed in a place like Delhi. It doesn't mean that one gets a permanent job and a settled feeling. Students should aim for an overall growth of mind and personality. Some Degree and some education doesn't lead them anywhere.
