Operations management As per your profile, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing BBA, and then opt for MBA. The advantage of this step would be,you will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations. You can do MBA. the reason is that 40% of the things you study during BBA are similar to MBA. so you get benefit of that and your profile becomes very strong as you become complete management professional....best of luck

after completion of your BBA you can join any university but i suggest that choose which college that provides the Practical knowledge as well as syllabus of that university should be not theoretical but industry relevant .
