What after BSc.I.T

I have completed Bsc.I.T in 2010 last year.What should I do after this??I really want to learn more for my career.Should i go for some private course in Networking or some s/w language.or I should go for pursuing Post graduation?My main intention is in learning and not just getting degree.

You have to be clear whether you like development services or administrative services. So you can choose between MBA and MCA or MSc. Go for master degree and do private courses as well to do practice. Thank You
