what ??? after class 10 what stream has max scope and for science bifocals is electronics or computer science having more scope ahead ?

i have finished class 10 icse board with 95.8% . want to know is science with biology or without biology have more scope in future and does taking up biology science in class 11 really make sense if you want to go into iit field. can you still go ahead with iit without taking science bio subject ???
