    AMIE stands for Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers. A unique program wherein you can attain an engineering degree, if you have lost the opportunity to do so earlier.

    AMIE is recognized by both Central and State Governments, so after the completion of the course you can appear for jobs which are open for BE degree holders.

    -You may continue to study.
    OR
    -You may start working.
    * If you wish to study further then you may opt for M.Sc to study the research side or MBA to learn the management skills. Choose as per your interest.

    There is lot of opportunities for doctors abroad. The medical professionals need to take up the qualifying exam to get as resident in any foreign country. Different countries consider different qualifying exams. In United States of America the medical professionals need to pass USMLE Licensing exams. In Australia and New Zealand, the professionals have to clear MRCP. In United Kingdom PLAB exam is mandatory.
    Regarding salary, always remember, it depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience etc.

    Actually my friend who want to do the same is from Iran and I wanted to know the process for him as foreigner. So please update me in this regard as when will the process of admission will start? what is the fee for him? Is it compulsory for him also to write the entrance exam or he can get admission through foreign quota?
