what after MCA in US? MBA or any other specialization? Guidance please...

I did my graduation (B.Com) and then completed MCA last year.. I am working in US based company, and now wanted to study abroad. What course should I prefer.. Should I go with MBA, or there is any other specialization / Master in IT in US after MCA?
