Universal Guide to LL.B. Would be sufficient for preparation as long as you make sure you study from it thoroughly. Go through all the previous year's papers and time yourself while attempting then to get a hang of the expected paper and format. Apart from that, stay up to date with current affairs, especially in the legal field.

Actually I shortlisted in for PG admission in BHU but I didn't attend group discussion. How can I apply for second round of counciling

If you were shortlisted for a BHU PG programme but missed the group discussion, you cannot directly apply for a second round of counseling for the same program. If you want only BHU then prepare for one more time. Because on this score I don't think you will get a seat in BHU even in affiliated colleges also. But if you are from sc/st/ph category then may be a chance. You can register for counseling and see what happens. But I will suggest prepare one more time so that you can get best courses in main campus.

I am getting 713 marks out of 1250 and 496 out of 750 in cuet I want to go for B.Sc psycology from bhu? Will I get it

First of all see that it is B.Sc or BA psychology. I think it is B.A. psychology. And according to the previous year cutoff you will surely get admission.
