Students seeking admissions to Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University must note that the admissions are conducted on the basis of the CUET exam. The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is conducted by the NTA and admits students into various UG courses across the nation. The CUET 2025 cycle has ended and students can prepare for next years' exam. Further, students can also prepare for the nationally-held CLAT exam which conducts admissions to different Law universities across India.
Cutoffs for obc student is 460-480 range, in BHU for BA LLB .
BHU's Faculty of Law offers internship opportunities for LLB students, although they don't directly provide placements.
If you were shortlisted for a BHU PG programme but missed the group discussion, you cannot directly apply for a second round of counseling for the same program. BHU PG admissions are primarily based on the CUET PG score and subsequent counseling rounds. Missing the group discussion disqualifies you for that specific programme in the current round. However, you can explore other options like applying for vacant seats in other programs during spot round counseling or checking for other universities that accept CUET PG scores.
If you want only BHU then prepare for one more time. Because on this score I don't think you will get a seat in BHU even in affiliated colleges also. But if you are from sc/st/ph category then may be a chance. You can register for counseling and see what happens. But I will suggest prepare one more time so that you can get best courses in main campus.
First of all see that it is B.Sc or BA psychology. I think it is B.A. psychology. And according to the previous year cutoff you will surely get admission. Register carefully which course you want put it on top. Watch the YouTube video, that how to register and how to apply in courses and also for hostel. You can visit the website also
