I spoke with few of my colleagues regarding this and unfortunately couldn't find any colleges offering the same:
We at Amity University offers B.Sc. In Computer Science programme for the students and the details are as follows:
Eligibility: 10 + 2

Direct admission into second year of engineering is called lateral admission or lateral entry. This is available for those who have done the Diploma in Engineering or those who completed their B.Sc. I am afraid for getting into B.Sc. There is no lateral admission. Hence you will have to seek admission only into the first year of B.Sc. Best wishes to you.
