IEM's International Institute of Hotel Management offers two courses, namely Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) and BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Administration (BHTA) . These courses are offered for the duration of 4 years. Admission to IIIHM courses is based on in-house entrance exam, IEMCET. IIIHM Kolkata offers programmes that comprise in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire the required knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and Accommodation Lab.
