What all courses can I pursue along with TY B.Com?

My brother is pursuing his TY B.Com and he doesn't know anything about the short-term courses that he can opt for. The situation is like he is in the final month of TY B.Com and want to do a short-term course of around 6 to 8 months and directly get ready for an average job.
