What all distance learning programs are available to pursue Law? Will I be eligible to give Civil Services & other Govt exams after that?

Well, again distance learning program would get you a qualification for namesake, as that degree or Diploma doesn't have any practical implications. The Bar Council of India does not recognize it and so do the UGC doesn't not consider it at par with regular or even private courses.
The distance learning is available through many institutions in India, but that won't serve you results in real.
Also, you would not be treated as a law graduate for purpose of any civil services exams or government exams, unless you have another degree which is regular and recognized by UGC.

In distance learning programme, you have the option to opt both LLB and LLM. If you are graduate in any other stream than law, then you are eligible for 3-years LLB course. If you are not a graduate, then after 10+2 level, go for 5-year integrated LLB course. If you have already done your LLB, then in distance learning programme, you can avail LLM for further studies.
If you opt distance learning programme, then you are not eligible to sit in the civil services and other Government examinations. Degree from distance learning programme is ornamental. That will enrich your educational qualifications, but those are of no use ultimate...more
