What all do I need to get started to apply for abroad scholarships? Currently, I'm in the 1st-year of B.Sc in computer science.
I'm willing to study in France or Japan and maybe US. The reason why I'm asking for a scholarship is because I belong to an avarage family and don't have a that strong financial conditions.
