Yes. Registration process for competent quota was started on January 16, 2026. Registration can be done at official website. Deadline for round-3 registration was January 20, 2026. Seats will be allotted based on declared choice, reservation factor, NEET PG rank etc.

Deadline for reporting for round-2 Telangana NEET PG counselling was December 30, 2025. Students have to carry original documents along with allotment letter during reporting. Seat allotment result was uploaded online in PDF format on December 27, 2025.

Telangana NEET PG 2025 round-2 result was announced on December 27, 2025. Result was announced for competent quota in PDF format. Those allotted seats in round-2 need to report for document verification. Deadline for round-2 reporting was December 30, 2025.

Choice filling for round-3 Telangana NEET PG 2025 counselling began on January 28 25, 2026. Students had to declare choices and lock them till January 30, 2026. Round-3 result date will be announced soon.
