To get admission in B.Sc. Nursing at Athena School of Nursing, the documents required are:
1. Copy of SSLC/10th Marks card
2. Copy of HSC/PUC/PDC/10+2 Marks card
3. Copy of Transfer Certificate
4. Copy of Conduct Certificate
5. Copy of Migration Certificate (only for other than Karnataka state candidates)
6. Passport size photo
7. Copy of Aadhaar Card
8. Eligibility Certificate from RGUHS, Bangalore
9. 5 copies of passport size photo
10. Two Sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates
