    1. 10 + 2 marksheet

    2. 10 + 2 certificate

    3. ANM marksheet and certificate (if applicable)

    4. Registration certificate (for Registered Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) if applicable

    5. Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks, if applicable, from concerned board.

    6. Income Certificate (FY 2024-25) issued by Competent Authority on or after 01.04.2025.

    7. Candidates seeking reservations under Digboi Legislative Constituency are required to produce Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)/ Voter Identity card of self or parent.

    8. GNMEE Scorecard 2025.

    9. Any other Certificate, as specified.
