What all documents will be required during the BTech application process?

instead of reading the answers over here, which are highly inaccurate, you should refer to the Official JOSAA or CSAB Website brochure for understanding which documents are required if you are applying for a private college or BITS or any other Institute, which does not come under JOSAA THEN YOU SHO

You'll need all the basic docs like your 

• Class 12 mark sheet
• Birth certificate
• Photo ID proof like Adhaar, Passport, PAN, etc.
• Passport-sized photos
• Domicile
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
