    There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
    Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing).     After completion of B.Pharm,
    You need to get yourself registered as a Registered Pharmacist at the Pharmacy Council of your state.
    In the government sector, you can apply for the posts of Drug Inspector, pharmacists at government hospitals and clinics.
    In the private sector, you can get jobs at Pharma companies, especially in the fields of Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs. But the starting pay packages are not very good, but with experience, it gets better.
    Also private hospitals hire B.Pharm graduates as in-charges of their pharmacies.
    The most common option is to set up a pharmacy with your Pharmacy Counc
