You can take the USMLE (for the US) or PLAB (for the UK) and continue your post-graduation. MBA in hospital administration from one of the universities abroad. Nowadays, research after MBBS has good scope abroad. Or contact Just for education for more information and also they will provide free career counseling.

If you want to go abroad after MBBS, there are options like:
USMLE: Well this is the best option, but getting a visa is very tough, but not impossible.
PLAB: PLAB without MRCP is like doing an extended internship. True for Indian standards, one earns more, but you end up spending a lot on food and accommodation there.
Further, once you start working then you find it hard to study for MRCP.
