The qualities that you need to possess to become a successful RJ is listed below:
1. You must enjoy talking to people and have a desire to be aware.
2. You must be original and should have your own style.
3. Your other voice performance or qualities like mimicry, local dialects and comedy or humour items helps to carry on the show.
4. You can't afford to have inhibitions.
5. You should know how to provide variations and modulation in your voice.
