What all scholarships are offered to degree students?

As the other mentor has answered, I would like to add that there are state level scholarships programme for degree students. For PG students, there is a provision for grants also. Check what scholarship scheme is run by government for UG students. -

It is a very generic question. You have not mentioned anything about the discipline you wish to know about. If your are referring to science graduates:
1) INSPIRE Programme, Scholarship Amount: Rs 80,000 annually
2. 2) Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme, Scholarship Amount: Maximum Rs 20 Lacs
3) HDFC Educational Crisis Scholarship Support (ECSS), Scholarship Amount: Rs 10,000 to Rs 25,000 per annum
4) Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY)
