What all should I do apart from clearing GRE, IELTS or TOEFL?

Currently pursuing 3rd year B.Tech in ECE. Want to pursue MS with scholarship from US.

Full-scholarship or part-scholarship only cover the tuition fee. Your Stay, medical insurance, books, etc. are not covered under the same.

Write a good convincing statement of purpose and also collect letter of recommendation from teachers/professors, who have taught you relevant subjects of your further university application.
