The topics for PI can be from current affairs and from your profile. -

You need to carry all your certificates and marksheets along with the CAT score card. Please have 2 photocopies of each in handy too. You will also find these things mentioned in your call letter.
In PI expect to have questions from your graduation and work experience of any. Most of the questions will be only from your resume.

No, you cannot get admission at BITS Pilani with 60% marks. As per the eligibility criteria students must qualify Class 12 with 75% marks from the recognised board. It is mandatory for students to qualify the eligiblity criteria. The institute also accepts admission based on the entrance exams.
