    SBI PO is one of the most promising banking careers. However, a career as an SBI PO has some disadvantages as well. Advantages:
    1. One of the most attractive parts is the salary as an SBI PO. At present, the basic pay of Junior Scale One is INR 27,620 and this will get four advance increments up to INR 42020 per month.
    2. You will be eligible for a variety of other benefits, including DA, HRA, and medical allowance.
    3. SBI provides its employees with a lower interest rate on their bank loans.

    Advantages of State Bank of India Probationary Officer SBI PO):
    1- Frequent promotions.
    2- Salary higher than public sector banks.
    3- Foreign posting.
    4- Various additional perks like Newspaper allowance, Books and magazines allowance, Petrol allowance, House maintenance allowance, etc. Disadvantages of State Bank of India Probationary Officer SBI PO):
    1- Frequent transfer.
    2- High work pressure.
    3- Difficulty in balancing work-life.
