Yes, you can opt psychology from any stream and you need to apply for different universities and appear for entrance exam or interview according to the admission process.

Courses such as- B.Com, BBA (Bachelor of business administration), BBM (Bachelor of business management), BCA (Bachelor of computer applications), BMS (Bachelor of management systems) etc. are degree courses after 12th commerce. And certification courses includes-CA , ICWA , CPA, CFA , C.S, FRM, etc
