What are all one-year courses I can pursue?

I have failed in 5th semester of B.Sc chemistry.

    It is fine if you have failed in the exam. You can always study better and clear the subject. First, complete your B.Sc in chemistry as I feel only sixth semester would be remaining now. Along with few subjects of 5th semester in which you. After B.Sc in chemistry if you feel science is tough then go for MBA/PGDM.
    You can opt for following specialisations:
    1. Sales
    2. Marketing
    3. Banking
    4. Finance
    5. HR
