NCERT and SL Arora for physics, RS Aggarwal and NCERT for Maths and for chemistry- NCERT and Arihant books. - 
LPU NEST is neither too easy nor difficult, just stay clear with the core concepts. You may refer the sample questions and syllabus pattern at www.nest.lpu.in.

30 questions: - English elementary level Read the basics of parts of speech, sentence completion, omitting, synonym, passage, etc. I would suggest you to read Wren and Martin to get command in English.
40 questions: - basic questions from your domain subject so just go through the basic concepts. -
