Military/ defence studies is currently taught only in a handful of college/ University in Indian. The jobs roles for militry/ defence studies are as :- Indian army officer Indian defence officer Lecturer/ professor Military intelligence specialist Military officer In- service officer Research officer Ground duty officer Cyber security experts.

Hi, if you have done your M.Sc. in defense and strategic studies you can get jobs like 1. Military analyst ( In which you can get appointed to state intelligence organisation like CIA FBI, DIA etc. ) 2. Professor (You can become a professor in the defense schools ) 3. Intelligence officers 4. Cybersecurity expert ( Where you can keep on eye on the Online world) And more, You can approach the defense wing for the required post or you can join the DRDO group and become an analyst or other equivalent officer. You can later jump towards the Army.
