For an academic career go for Mcom, and a Phd . You can also go for n MBA related to your interest and eligilbilty and enter the market. Log in to some sites for best benefits of career: RAI, LPU, XIMB etc

Saurabh after bcom depend on your knowldege gain in education carrier . after bcom if u r fresher 7 to 10k salry package after experience 3to 4 year the salry range 17 to 25k average salary . the knowldge is gainthen 35k to50k all the best for carrier
