What are career prospects after completing Executive MBA program?

I am engineering graduate, having 3 years of work experience in IT (System). Please advise whether executive mba in it will help in career and good institute providing the same

Hi Ravinder, I feel you should go for MBA in Information Systems. You should not opt for Executive MBA as it is not accepted by many organisation as equivalent to a regular MBA as its a short duration course. It is also a more expensive course.
