What are chances of getting in NUS and NTU for masters in electronics related fields? gre expected score 310-325.

i am studying BE in mumbai university and have agg 72% 10th 90.00% and 12th 88.5%(mumbai board) will Singapore be better than USA ? pros and cons. Also i have done short interships in 3 different companies. Have done projects and published a technical paper .
