Your marks are fine. Hopefully you can get a medical college private one but the fees for every college differs and it does not depend on the fees but rather the ranking of the college. -
There are good chances of getting MBBS colleges, as score is not bad and you got a good decent budget for MBBS. So, apply for different colleges you will surely get MBBS seat in a good college.
