What are current market prospect in digital signal processing area and packages offered to freshers ?

I did my Btech in electrical and worked for 2 yrs in it industry. Now i want to move to DSP company so please advice how to proceed ? Doing Master degree will help a lot ? Or should i try with a startup company and try for jump without wasting money in Master ?
