what are doing biochemist work in government hospital laboratories?

I am ghazala khan , I have done msc.biochemistry from mhatma ghandhi institute applied of science, Jaipur ( Rajasthan university). I know that biochemist work in government hospitals laboratories. plz this question reply me.
