What are executive PGDM & MBA, some institutes say that these courses can be completed in 6 months for person working, Are they valid?

Hi,
The Executive MBA course spans over a year, and in order to pursue this course you need to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from recognized university.
