Hi,
Every college has its own eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the college's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue pg diploma from colleges abroad you need to have IELTS score of 6-7

Over all 6 Band and each component not less than 5.5 band
