I have spent 4 years in LPU for my graduation. Now I am an alumnus of LPU. There are good international opportunities in LPU. I attended a lot of seminars and events of the international department of LPU. LPU is a globally connected university, working with the top universities across the world to provide a truly global experience to students. In addition to it, it has various tie ups with many countries. As far as Canada is concerned, The LPU ha tie up with these universities: 1. Memorial University of Newfoundland 2. University of Guelph 3. Brock University 4. Cambrian College 5. Spot Shaw College 6. Trent University 7. Cape Breton University 8. The Governors of the University of Lethbridge 9. Carleton University 10. Kings University College 11. Mount Royal University 12. Lakehead University 13. The University of the Fraser Valley 14. Mount Allison University 15. The University of Winnipeg 16. Mount Allison University 17. The Board of Governors of Red River College 18. Northern Lights College and many more. There is a separate dedicated department in LPU that looks after the international transfer matters and the name of the department is - the Department of International Affairs. All the queries are handled by them. This has been done to give an international flavour to the Indian curriculum, the LPU came up with various interesting options. These programmes reduce the cost and increase the efficacy of the programme. The options are namely, 1) Credit Transfer programme (Final Degree would be entitled by partner foreign University of LPU) 2) Semester Exchange programme (will have mention in the report card) 3) Summer/Winter School (mention in the report card) 4) International Internship Opportunities 5) Masters abroad programme (Fully foreign degree) The students can go to these universities through international credit transfer programme, semester abroad, for summer school or for a degree abroad. Let me answer this question because I have spent 4 years at LPU. In my opinion, Lovely Professional University is the best private university. It is the world itself and I never felt that I am in India while studying as all the infrastructure is designed very well its campus is like a smart city. Yes LPU has tie-ups with 200+ universities throughout the world. Countries like the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Afghanistan, Austria, Germany, Austria, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand and many more. If we talk about Canada I have mentioned some names below. # Mount Allison University Trent University, Cape Breton University, University of Lethbridge, Carleton University, King's Western University, Lakehead University, McGill University, University of Fraser Valley, Mount Royal UniversityLPU provides a study abroad option to its students. In which they give some options to their students. Like programme transfer, Semester exchange, and summer/winter training. In programme transfer, half-degree should be completed here and rest will be at the partner university and the student will be awarded the degree by Partner University which is abroad. And in semester exchange. The student will study a semester in a partner university abroad. This will be included in his/her degree.
