You should pursue MBA after doing BBA. It is a good course with good job opportunities.

That depends on which specialisation you will take in the last year of BBA.
If you take HR then you can become an HR executive
and there are many other options like finance, marketing, accountancy, banking, etc.

After BBA, opportunities are there at the executive or assistant executive level which will be mostly administrative oriented in areas like HR, Marketing and banking .
I would like to advise you to go for MBA for better career opportunities , you may also go for part time MBA as well .
